Mold temperature machines are widely used in plastic molding, die casting, rubber tires, rollers, chemical reactors, bonding, banburying and other industries. 1. Before use, please check whether the cooling water is circulating, keep all valves unblocked, and prevent insufficient cooling water from damaging the mold thermometer.
2. Make sure to use a heat transfer medium with high cleanliness, such as taking filtering measures and installing a filter before the water enters the inner pipeline of the mold thermometer; if conditions permit, pure water can be used. Heat transfer oil tends to carbonize at high temperatures and needs to be replaced regularly, not just replenished. The time to change the oil depends on the frequency of use and temperature.
3. The pipes of the mold thermometer need to be cleaned regularly, especially the filter cover at the entrance of the system, which should be cleaned once a month;
4. Regularly check the heating tube of the mold thermometer. If there is scale, use fine sandpaper to gently rub the surface of the heating tube to remove the surface dirt;
5. Regularly check whether the water pump and oil pump of the mold temperature machine leak oil. If necessary, the pump shaft seal can also be replaced regularly;
6. When cleaning, the mold temperature machine switch must be turned off, and the power switch must be cut off. Do not wash the machine with water, otherwise it will cause an electric shock accident.
7. Please do not use the short-circuit protection device to forcibly operate the mold temperature machine;
8. Cool down 10 minutes before shutdown and keep it at 70°C because the surface temperature of the heating pipe can reach 600-700°C. If the heating tube is suddenly turned off, the heat transfer medium will not circulate, and carbon is often formed on the surface of the heating tube, affecting the use of the equipment. The water temperature machine is slightly better, especially the oil temperature machine. Long-term improper operation will result in slow heating and pungent odor.
